Saskatoon Jazz Orchestra | February 20

On February 20, The Broadway Theatre welcomes to its stage the Saskatoon Jazz Orchestra. This concert, entitled Friends Remembered, will showcase music of Frank Mantooth, Ashley Alexander and many others. The orchestra’s roster will included talented veteran performers such as Ross Ulmer, Barrie Redford, Sheldon Corbett and Dean McNeill. Tickets for this show can be purchased for as little as $30.00. Tanya Tagaq, renowned for her innovative yet traditional Inuit throat singing, is quickly becoming a Canadian superstar. This February, she comes to Saskatoon, accompanied by fantastic violinist Jesse Zubot and the talented percussionist, Jean Martin.
